My Version of Beach Cottages

It took me years but I finally finished this quilt. It's a paper piecing pattern and I took the class in 2003. It wasn't hard just very time consuming and boy did I make a lot of stupid mistakes. But it was worth it. I love the hand cut details. I love it and now I wish I could make a wall to hang it on. LOL. Too many quilts and not enough wall space.

How very beautiful. One can see how detailed the work you put into it is. Be very proud of yourself.

OMG, Maritza that is gorgeous. The detail is awesome. I would put it up in the summer so everyone can see it. Good for you... Better late than never.

Hi stalker from Florida!!...By accident I saw your comment. Thanks for stopping by. If you have any questions about the notebook cover just ask. I see this made up in really cool "grown-up" type fabric. My intentions were to make some for my 30 yr. old daughter....made granddaughter one first for practice. I really love the look of your dear family...great kids!!!!
