My niece Kayla requested a Strawberry Shortcake Mini. She really did! I used some pics borrowed from the web, paper and ribbon from stash and $1 mini from Michaels.
The picture of the cake was Chris' first attempt at making a Fondant cake. It didn't meet her expectations but I thought it was beautiful.
